Internship 3: Design Engineer (Four Weeks)
During my time at Palfinger, I learned the CAD software Creo. I learned how a large company like Palfinger handles CAD storage and version control. Project-wise, I assisted with the fulfillment of a vehicle contract, where I created a multitude of parts. I also learned about Palfinger's design process, which involves skeleton modeling and the use of many different CAD tools. For the parts I created, I also made 2D manufacturing drawings. During this process, I gained valuable knowledge about different types of materials used in Palfinger products and how to choose the correct material for each application. I also created hydraulic line assemblies, where I learned Palfinger's professional process for wiring and piping modeling. Please contact me if you would like verification of my internship. For confidentiality reasons, I cannot display the military contract parts I created during this internship.
Internship 2: Software Developer (Eight Weeks)
During my second year at Porsche, I had the opportunity to work on a project that involved developing a web application for internal use. I was responsible for designing and implementing an audit logging system for customer ordering pages across all VW-owned car manufacturers' websites. I developed my part of the project using Angular for the front end and Spring Framework for the back end. The final product met the requirements of my team and was successfully deployed to production, where it is currently being used by the company. I also collaborated with a team of developers and participated in code reviews, which helped me improve my coding skills and learn best practices for software development. Please contact me if you would like the verification file for my internship.
Internship 1: Software Developer (Six Weeks)
During my first year at Porsche Informatik in Salzburg, Austria, I had the opportunity to learn and grow my knowledge of the Angular and Spring Framework programming frameworks. I was responsible for developing a web application for internal use, which involved designing and implementing features using these frameworks. The web application's purpose was to provide an easy way to transfer user data from the old database into the new one. The company was transferring to a new database and needed a way to transfer user data from the old one into the new one. Please contact me if you would like the verification file for my internship.
